History of Magnolia Casual

Magnolia Casual has been providing fun and decorative products to our customers since our business was founded in 1983.  For more than 30 years, we have worked to build relationships and provide top quality products to our customers.  We work with our Central American friends to generate jobs in rural areas while practicing fair trade methods and providing economic support & sustainability to communities.  Our superior fabrics are 100% polyester but feel like natural cotton due to our signature production methods.  Fabrics and pillows can be used outdoors or indoors and are weather resistant.  Our products are lightweight, highly portable, and can be easily cleaned.

Product History

Our products are made in Central America by artisans that keep their culture alive, applying traditional processes to produce their goods.  Central Americans often use hammocks as beds because they are cool and comfortable and serve as a low cost sleeping alternative in the tropical climate in which they live.  Hammocks are often hung along the corridors of their homes or inside rooms and are used by adults and youngsters to sleep or just relax.  Bright colors are commonly used and hammocks have been a part of Central American culture since before the Spaniard conquerors arrived.  We hope that you enjoy your hammocks, swings, and pillows as much as our Central American friends.
